I've seen a couple people play 50ft Lock's levels, but no one ever mentions the pun. It's basically just that 50ft looks like Soft, and thus the name can be read as Soft Lock, but there's a story related to the D&D item, 50ft Rope, where some people would misread it as Soft Rope, which is understandably a bit confusing.

This troll turns out to actually be used in many troll levels. But usually, there are two doors behind four launchers. Two of the launchers have red ON/OFF blocks behind them, and the other two have purple ON/OFF blocks behind them. Each of the two doors lead to a different room in the level. These sections are set up in such a way that it creates an illusion that makes you think one door takes you to two different paths depending on the ON/OFF state. I grew up watching Double Dare, so I know about the physical challenge. However, I've seen "A Christmas Story" a lot, so after a double dog dare is a triple dare, then a triple dog dare. If the chat said "triple dog dare," you would have no choice (especially since you asked them to dare you in the first place)

He could even use them for a challenge. Every X deaths, he puts on another hat. If he either runs out of hats, OR if a hat falls off, he has to reset the level/skip the level, and then remove all currently worn hats. Depending on where the challenge is taking place (if its endless, then a skip, if its a troll level/burrito/getting over it level, he has to restart). The value of X can vary by the challenge type (for a troll level, X could be 5 or 10, for an endless hard mode once he next fails his attempt at 100 or succeeds at it, X could be 1). Given that most Mario streamers and youtubers don't have that many hats, its a challenge that only DGR could really do without needing to order a bunch of hats.

The section with the POW block and the pipe spouting coins is different after the keydeath (that's why the POW block is there, to block the second pipe) - Then there are two "GG" rooms, the second one gives a mushroom and leads to the twomp hint/anti.

If you get a checkpoint red coin progress is saved, if you have any. The key you get is not. Get the key and die, no key or red coins when you come back. The safety coin is there so you can collect the last one after you're done with the challenge rooms, usually right next to the door.
