I’m not an expert on any sort of stuff regarding course uploads but I’m pretty sure you’re fine with repeated deletions and reuploads. (If there is a limit it’s probably around 4-5 repeats. Wilfred did it just twice so he’s fine.)

At 14:13, you died because of a very well-known mechanic in Mario Maker 2, called blocked pipes. In Mario Maker 2, if you enter a pipe and the exit of that pipe is blocked, Mario will automatically go back through the pipe. However, when he goes back through the pipe, if the entrance of the pipe is blocked just like the exit, the game instantly kills Mario to prevent an endless transition from one pipe to another. Basically, there was a mushroom platform below the pipe entrance, and that's how you died there.
