So, I did some intelligenceing and I have deducted somethings about the photo at the end Dave is dressed up more formal showing he is at a party or gathering likely He is probably drunk By looking at all the decorations it is likely that he is in a hotel The hotel theory is more backed up because he is standing beside a piano(I am pretty sure like 90% of people don't have a piano in there home) It is dark suggesting that the power went out or it is night time His tie is less tight then it should be suggesting the party started over an hour ago So my theory is that Dave was at a wedding/party, Got drunk, The power went out, And did something stupid(The photo)

Yeah, or at least just go back to the start of the world you were in. (What I mean is that in World 2, when you die, you go back to the start of World 2, and so on with World 3-8.) That is a Good mechanic, currently, now game overs mean Nothing, you just respawn at the level you were in. I'd also like to bring another idea to the table, it'd be also cool if you could have checkpoints so that you can choose where a player respawns and which level they would have to reach to get the checkpoint.

Regarding extra lives from enemies at the end of a level: You know how you need to jump on a certain number of enemies consecutively to get a 1-up? (Is it 8? Not sure.) That's how many enemies need to be on screen when you touch the goal in order to get a 1-up - and then an extra 1-up for each additional enemy on screen, same as when you jump on them consecutively.
