It's all super satisfying and pretty , but I'm just worried about how much waste is being made , cuz I see many drink glasses not fitting all the smoothie blended or the milk foam made . I'd just advise to mind that cuz with that many drinks the waste adds up . Keep the good work ❤

Problem with the feature where customers can order coffee via app to cut queue, cause the misunderstanding or misperception on other customers that there’s no one around but they have to wait a long time for their coffee. Most people are time poor and need to rush to an appointment. This cause financial losses as disgruntled customers just walk off without a refund and without getting a coffee.

the drinks look cool, but why add so much ice every time. firstly, from a large amount of ice the taste is not so rich, and secondly, 1/4 of the drink always remains among the ice, because you need to have a very powerful vacuum traction to suck out the entire drink through the tube, or if you drink like this, your teeth can easily enamel damage teeth. In general, it’s nonsense to try to stuff a whole bucket of ice into a glass. I don’t know who likes this, probably a masochist,xD
