The fun things about these one-off videos where Scott tortures his friends, is that going 1-on-1 for every clip it allows us to see the different types of friendships/dynamics he has with each of them. I love the frequent cuts between competitors to see how each is handling similar situations.

I thought about how these particular tasks would be introduced by Little Alex Horne on the show: “We start with a task involving some tricky cow-culations…” “And this task is absolute flaming madness!” “Ok, one more task and this one is like my front two teeth, because it contains a massive gap.” Sorry if that last one is a bit rude. I can only imagine the chaos if the group has reacted to each other’s attempts at the task like the studio segments, there could have been all sorts of disqualification arguments! By the way, have you got a favourite series of Taskmaster?

How I would solve each challenge with the best possible method. Spoilers, obviously. 1: Let the cow out. Then, break the ending pen, and rebuild it around the cow. The cow is now in a new pen. 2: Break the candles and move them two blocks back, increasing the max possible distance. Then use Owen's method. 3: Break the ladder that let's you climb back up, then use it to climb up to the finish. This might count as the same as Lizzie's though, I'm not sure.

If you used a boat to cross the water instead of swimming it would be different from lizzie's method.

This works so surprisingly well: I wonder how far you could push this minecraft taskmaster (craftmaster?) format. Have all the contestants do the tasks a while ahead, then have everyone in a stream for a genuine "episode", with prerecorded and live tasks. Maybe get a taskmaster person for more objective tasks (build the best house, most awesome dungeon tackle...).
