In upstate New York, we have three to five inches of snow covering the fairways. Makes finding a ball in the fairway just about impossible. I wish that winter here was so terribly cold that there was no snow and the grass was still green. I expect a winter thaw in the next couple of weeks, and I expect to be playing golf on the one remaining golf course that will be open in January. Cold and wet, but golf nonetheless.
