Good interview, it gives me more hope regarding the future of SA as law & legislation play an integral role in any country. It’s good to know there are civil societies fighting in the frontlines! Active citizenry is very important.

@33:00 I think this was already a bad answer.... IT should be perfectly possible to get all the politics out of the legal decision making... The Constitution already allows for it being understood, in a way that can't just be bent to the needs of the political winds.... the problem with the law here, and our Constitution: is that it has been overtly betrayed, and not merely; ideologically captured. Daniel should be calling this corruption, not "politicization"
