Lol this film is not that good, it feels like youre just being self centered. Why? Being a director is not really easy male or female. Plus you GIRLS just want those HIGH PAYING MANAGERIAL JOBS. If youre saying girls can do what man can do. Why not apply to be a Construction labor, A carpenter, or any hard jobs? You know why? Cause you dont like that. You dont know how a man works hard for his family on life threatening jobs. I dont care if theres a single mom, many people already care for them already, but what about single dads? Kesimpulan yang saya dapat setelah menonton film ini bahwa adanya ketidak setaraan gender karena disini terdapat diskriminasi antara wanita yang masih di pandang rendah oleh laki². Dan wanita tersebut tidak bisa melakukan hal yang di sukainya karna adanya larangan dari sang ayah karena sang ayah merasa pekerjaan yang di lakukan putrinya lebih cocok untuk laki². Oleh sebab itu saya menyimpulkan disini adanya ketidak kesetaraan gender

Jika kita perhatikan melalui sudut sosiologi film pendek ini bisa kita jelaskan melalui ketidakadilan sebagai masalah sosial yaitu subordinasi.Subordinasi merupakan pembedaan perlakuan terhadap identitas sosial tertentu contohnya gender, etnis, ras, fisik. Dalam film pendek menceritakan bahwa perempuan diharuskan untuk bangun pagi dan membantu orang tua di pagi hari, lain halnya dengan laki-laki yang hanya sekolah tanpa harus membantu orang tua.Walau karena perbedaan umur bukan berarti adanya perbedaan, mengajarkan kebaikan seperti membantu orangtua adalah proses yang pertama kali kita lakukan yaitu play stage menurut saya, di dalam video tersebut tidak adanya hakikat kesetaraan karena, wanita masih di pandang rendah oleh laki laki

Women don’t get what they need by actually doing it, it is almost always men who do the most difficult jobs in order to make everyone, men included, comfortable. These jobs are not glamorous but they can pay well, and they literally make you stronger and more secure in the world. So, why don’t women want to do the jobs men do? Why do they only want the comfortable jobs where they are creative, in control? Because EVERYONE WANTS THOSE JOBS. What is happening here is what has been happening since the beginning of time; women complain and men do something about it. In this case though, there is absolutely NOTHING we can do but listen to more complaining.
