When you color the pages in these disney books, does the whole page get colored? Or just the character in the page?

Do you have issues with the black smearing? I did it this way today and it made my other colours dirty

Get waterproof ink… you can refill micron pens with Indian/Bombay ink that will work and it’s cheap, or get a fountain or glass pen
