She is right about Luca, he is low value and the only reason he became somewhat cool and was able to reject Danica is because of Gemma Owen and the only reason Gemma Owen even has that influence is cause of famous, millionaire footballer father. Everything is politics in there. Luca wouldn't get a second glance from someone like Danica in the outside.
