Thank. You! For everything, but also this piece of fasting info I never noticed before. I have always gotten sick messing with food. I have fasted bread, sweets, anything extra, but I have been learning it's more important to fast with time, not that the other things don't work. But I just can't not eat, and I try to encourage others like me. It's so disappointing that people feel like they have to be vicious about how we have to do it when it causes health problems. Good to have another passage to use👍

No, i do not believe that there are negative spiritual powers withholding answers from us. I believe that God is sovereign and that there is no other power above his. Daniel was heard by God from the first day when he set his mind to gain understanding and humbled himself before God. He wasn't heard after continuous prayer. The time limit is believing that God has heard you, having faith and being patient. Nothing can withold God's answer from you.

Why are w"weeks" considered units of 7 in Daniel 9, but now they are back to being weeks and days? Also, weeks and days weren't the same in those times, so we really don't know how long any of this will take. I guess it boils down to " But do not overlook this one fact, beloved, that with the Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day." 2 Peter 3:8

I think the belt of Daniel's vision denotes the wearer as a general wheras the sash of Revelation 1 of John's vision is the Son of man or the risen Lord

Seems the angels of the Lord acted as stand-ins or representatives for God and Jesus Christ, often speaking as Him in first-person. I think that was the case in Revelation 1.

I enjoyed this sermon, but I urge you to reconsider your conclusion regarding the Antichrist. It is commonly concluded that AC is some ruler foreign to Israel who enforces unlawful worship. However, Moses, himself describes AC as "any man or woman, clan or tribe, among Israel, whose heart turns away from The Lord" and encourages others to follow their lead, deceiving Israel by feeding them prophetic lies, the bitter poison of defection. - Deuteronomy 18:9-22, 29:16-29, 32:21-33.
