My mom was born and raised in Barbourville and still have family living there. Used to love going to the DB festival growing up. I’m coming down this year.

I was born and raised in Barbourville! The Daniel Boone Festival was always a highlight for us as kids. I love that they are trying to keep this festival going. Jeff (Mr. President as you referred to him) does a great job keeping the traditions alive! Thanks for bringing back lots of fun memories......

@@IgnitedCoyote Jeff truly is a good guy. We actually went to school together and knew each fairly well. Thank you again for all of the videos from the area! I've watched a ton today. It's made me very nostalgic for home. :-) Now, I am craving Tommy's!

Thanks for sharing! I've never been to this Fest. My cousin has a booth for her pottery in the crafts area. I was hoping I could spy her walking around in the crowd, but she was probably busy setting up her booth. Always fun to ride along with you!

Mr. and Mrs. Coyote thank you for your efforts. Your channel has been a very valuable sampler of of your region that would have taken month for us to experience on our own. Though NJ Yankees, We've always had a place in our hearts for Kentucky. My mom, (rest her soul), was from western Kentucky, moving to Louisville as a child. We found southeast KY after a trip to Pigeon Forge, continuing to Corbin for a bit, a few years back. The more we watch, the more we'd like to visit again, and, perhaps, stay eventually. Please excuse our accent if we ever cross paths with you. Be well.

New Jersey! The state that gave the world the gift of one of the greatest singer, songwriters, performers, of all time, Bruce Springsteen. Come on down anytime and we'll fix you up with a poke salad dinner and after that you'll speak fluent hillbilly. LOL

Local festivals are one of the best ways to see your neighbors.....even better than WalMart. I really enjoy the "small town America" festivals and it was fun to see America's longest running festival still goin' strong. Thanks Coyotes.....
