Although Daniel has some big hits, I feel like he is still underrated, simply because I feel that no one really knows how AMAZING he truly is when it comes to his musical talent.
@donnie-9913 Жыл бұрын
The only reason people are acting like that is because he got canceled. When Freudian came out everyone was all over him and then the whole situation happened and everyone canceled him unfortunately. When Case Study came out I had no idea he was canceled and literally had it on repeat all summer leading up to college. He is hands down at the top for R&B, he is 3/3 with albums and anyone who says otherwise is just a hater.
@ron8162 Жыл бұрын
@@donnie-9913 yea thats the world we live in now, someone says something you don't agree with and the reaction is to cancel them. It doesn't matter how much time has passed, people will still hate. Hopefully this album wakes them up
@Takarathekoala Жыл бұрын
@@ron8162 From a black female perspective, I feel like I understand why he got cancelled and it also had to do with the timing of the situation. However, I feel like in a situation like this there needs to be an open conversation and it's really hard to do that when it's millions of people on the internet against one. But I'm glad he's re-entering peoples minds too, I don't think what he said deserved the end of his whole career. Seems like he understands what he did though also which is really nice to see because most of us obviously don't see him on the day-to-day to know that.
@ron8162 Жыл бұрын
@@Takarathekoala he has to be the one to apologize even though he wasn't all the way wrong cause he's the one with the music career. You'll never catch the ones who were offended apologizing. What bothers me is they knew he was drunk, and didn't even give him time to explain himself. It took way too long to forgive and forget

When he said”he’d love to be more than human and stated unafraid” I think he meant in a sense of pushing beyond our human emotions and limiting beliefs that have been cultivated from culture, society and even family, so that we can allow ourselves to be who we really are because society conditions us to be the same, but honing in on our own individual inner being, gives us the ability to tap in to our personal super powers that go beyond what “a human” can do. Like that is our current process of evolution. at least that’s what I got from it
