Beautifully played. Original interpretation. DC. RESPECT. A man that actually has humility. Humble. Rare to find today. Who comes from an upper-middle class background (father a CMA) wasn't spoiled. Was brought to tears when he got his first new piano which happened to be a Fazioli. :) Only way to truly appreciate what you got...to earn they money to pay for it on your own. I"m sure his father could have afforded a Fazioli and bought one for him. But chose not to. Sounds like his father and probably other have sound family values. I've grown up around many Chiense born with silver spoons (I'm Chinese-CDN myself). They take what they have for granted. DC became a professional pianist and still decided to go to university to be a CA. Musical talent and book smarts. At those levels. Most don't get to have both.
