Meditation is an old path well researched in India centuries ago. Sages meditated by isolating themselves from the world by going into Himalayas and practice. Recent gurus have brought a wealth of knowledge about benefits of meditation to common man. Thx for your research, your book and your talk. The west will realise the benifits🙏

destructive emotions, is a book by him and the dalai lama where they tested mental capabilities of a meditation practioner compared to non-meditators.
