I didn't realize how emotional I was going to get when I saw this. Daniel did the cover art for my album almost 20 years ago. I know he wasn't in good health, but I took for granted he would always be around. It just hit me like a ton of bricks. He was always gracious, funny and most importantly sincere. I will truly miss him.

i keep seeing people saying daniel shakes because of his mental health and while thats true but if ya look the motion hes making is as if he was strumming his uke. Youre witnessing a true artist trying to get in his own skin so he can be comfortable enough to sing words and man does he fucking nail it

Evan List I don’t think Schizophrenia and bipolar make you shake. I always assumed it was probably all the psychiatric medications he was on. If you see his early videos he didn’t have that problem. I am on a bunch of different psyche meds, and they make me shake a little not too much but just enough for others to notice. Idk for sure though in his case. Just thought maybe I had some insight.

I hate it. What's with the chorus? and the in-time tempo? wheres the fucking organ? and the reason he's banging his arm away is coz he's trying to fit the timing he wrote to this 4x4 fucking nonsesnse. I'm crying, but not only because this guy was a genius but because these do-gooders butchered his original sound trying to tidy it up. It doesn't need tidying up, it never did - that was the point.
