My problem is that why did they waited for the season to be over to finally bench him he should have never been the starter week one 1 what was the point of signing drew lock when you wasn't never going to let him compete for the starting job drew probably could have save our season if we bench Jones sooner but they want to wait for a season to be over to bench him 🤦🏿‍♂️ this organization is a joke Jones even showed in the preseason game he doesn't deserve to be the the starter but they gave it from the starting job cuz in Daboll word's he gives us the best chance to win this season 🤣🤦🏿‍♂️' now this clown realize he doesn't give us the best chance to win when I season is over 🤣🤦🏿‍♂️ Daboll is a joke he needs to go to with Joe

If anyone on the social media team is reading this, please tell DJ that he still has some fans that appreciate everything that he gave us. Some of us actually acknowledge that he wasn't the main issue these past 6 yrs but I commend him for bearing all of the criticism without complaint. All of his teammates and coaches would say that he's the hardest working on the team. That he's the first to come in and last to leave the facility. He's endured the never-ending vitriol from this fanbase and the biggest media market in football breathing down his neck. He never caused any issues or scandals for this team. Some people will never have empathy for him because of his contract but it's obvious that he loved and gave everything he had to this team and tried his hardest to win. He wouldn't have taken 200 hits in 5 seasons and spent most of his days training and studying film at the facility if he didn't genuinely care about building a successful team. And now a new QB will be benefitting from all of the labor he put in and the pain he endured in order to wait for his offense to be built. Some of you still won't care after reading this but I just needed to get this off of my chest. I hope he balls the heck out next season. I'll always be rooting for his success. Thank you #8!

A true class act. You can tell he really started to get emotional when he was talking about his teammates Dex and Slay 9:26. He didn’t achieve the success that the team as a whole desired and there were definitely plenty of frustrating moments. However, I believe in DJ because of his composure and how he dealt with the media shows his character a lot throughout the 6 seasons, you can’t fake it for 6 years so it’s genuine. Not that he needs any more motivation but I don’t doubt that he’ll use this as a big time learning experience and he’ll be a significant quarterback in this league. He’ll do great things elsewhere, you can tell he showed flashes, he just has to be more consistent, faced a lot of challenges few young quarterbacks encounter. I still believe he has that dawg in him, I like the different form of passion he showed the last few games, he’ll be alright.

He's done nothing but put in every ounce of work that he could-first guy in, last guy out-class act, team player, basically everything you want from a quarterback, except the results. Unfortunately he wasn't our guy and it's a business at the end of the day. Congratulations NYGs. You've sunk to a new low. Once a proud organization who treated their own with respect and dignity and was recognized for it around the league, you've now soiled your reputation yet again. You did it with Eli and now with DJ. I am not saying Jones should be the QB in 2025 at all. But making him practice as a safety? What happened to this organization? How low can you go? At what point do you hold Joe Schoen responsible for giving him this contract in the first place? Or how about Daboll with all of his so called QB mastery? This was the same guy that got you to the playoffs 2 years ago but their recent failures are all on him? Must not be any mirrors in that organization's offices. And just remember John Mara.....you were the one that said "we did everything possible to screw this kid up" and guess what.....you did even more to him yet again.

He is truly a very respectful man and he has always given his 110 % and I Believe that the coach and the GM have never ever had his back Never had any confidence in him so he has always played with A coach and GM who has stabbed him in the back I wouldn't want to play for a coach who wouldn't stand up or have a player's back And the disrespect of talking about getting a new quarterback while The off-season shows what kind of class the GM and coach have and Not 1 bit of professionalism They are a joke I would have Daniel Jones and lose and be happier than having 2 backstabbers coaching and running the team

Happy to see the fans finally show some respect for DJ. He has been a true professional, has played hard, and I know he is just as upset as the fans are that there wasn't more success on the field. Been a life long Giants fan, and its been a tough 13 years with problems starting well before Jones was drafted so its easy for disgruntled people to look for a scapegoat. When you get your next opportunity, I will cheer for you! Thank you DJ.

you will forever be a giant Daniel we will always forever love you. It was never really Jones‘s fault. He threw the ball. Good I receive Rizzo drop it. He just needs weapons. Jones is actually a very good quarterback when he has a good team that doesn’t drop the ball and sell him every game. This is definitely not Jones’s fault. I hope he goes to a new team with better weapons and succeeded. I’m gonna miss him. I love Daniel Jones with all my heart forever a giant. 8

Man I actually wish him the best. He answered so many questions and some of the questions were hard questions for anyone to answer and he stood there and answered them. The New York market is tough and the fans want a winner but for him to man up and answer these questions and hold himself accountable is a lot more than most players would do. I hope he gets another chance somewhere and does well.

Thank you. This team does NOT respect and strengthen the run. The small pass pro olinemen and "run on us its easy" d line are proof of that. This team (daboll really) want to play the pass happy, afc game. That doesn't work against the bruising nfc. Saquon couldnt run the way this team is set up and Singletary was never going to get it done. Daboll keeps trying to hammer this square peg into a round hole. He was trying to make dj Josh Allen, when it you wonder, did Josh Allen make daboll look good? Smh. This leadership is in gutter. Edit: the defense sucks. I went on a tangent but you're right, seems this team, like its afc coach just doesn't respect sound defense as much. The tackling is trash, kayvon gets pressure but few sacks, etc. Smh
