Nerodí se chytřejší děti než jsme my. Rodí se zkušenější. Nově narození čerpají z kolektivního vědomí právě zkušenosti předešlých generací. Je to evoluce. Naše děti také nebudou pravděpodobně opakovat naše chyby. Vytvoří si nové, ze kterých získají zkušenosti. A určitě se to děje i na úrovni kolektivního vědomí. V konečném důsledku mohl i Dan Landa významně přispět i k tomu jaký je třeba Kovy. (samozřejmě s nadsázkou, všichni se nějak ovlivňujeme)

Prišiel na to ako žiť. Kto to môže povedať koľko percent ľudí ? Zaujala ma teória pocitu a názoru. Ja by som to ešte doplnil: pocit názor a vedomosť.

Can you tell, please, in English, what about he speaks? I like Daniel Landa's songs, but I don't understand no one word in Czech, unfortunately.
@vojtechprochazka29044 жыл бұрын
@@АндрійВоронов-т1е Hello, it is a great honor to be here. Thanks to Peter for the invitation. The number 50 was shown here. Basically, when I see the number 50, it's such a huge surprise for me that I've lived here, because in two months I'll be just 50. I'd like to highlight my speakers, because I'm not only amazing. I had fun, but I learned a lot of new things. I would especially mention Kovy (youtuber), because he is 22 years old and when I listen to him, when I see his brain sparkle and I compare it to myself at 22 years old ... On the five stories from my life that I think are important for leaders, I would like to emphasize five values ... So, why do I think I can pass on some inspiration here, even though I'm not the director of a big company and I haven't built anything big, except for a few big problems and controversies ... That's why that I believe that every leader should first be able to manage himself, that is, he should be able to manage himself. (picture with a wrecked car) This event actually started me with this event - a crash, unconsciousness. That was very interesting. You wake up and you know nothing, you are wonderful, because you are not burdened with anything. You don't even know why you're in the hospital. I tell myself that they probably operated on me, I have nothing, so they probably didn't operate. Then the doctor comes and tells you: I don't know if the concerts will take place. And I say to myself: poor man, he will probably have some overtime, he won't have time for concerts ... Gradually you will find out that you crashed ... they tell you, you had a wreck, I say: a wreck? Oh, and where did I break in? Well, you're a racer. And me: and what do I race like this? Rally. And me: that's good, that's what I've always wanted. So the facts, such as the fact that I'm married, are starting to catch up with you: aha (now you're afraid of what's coming), it's good, cool. 3 kids, yeah, it's gonna be expensive. So this is how you learn everything and with it you begin to realize what has bothered and weighed you down, what is starting to spoil you, to harden the joy after that state of purity after a long time of unconsciousness. (Time 5:15) 1. The truth to myself: What really struck me was who I was, what I was in the state of discussion, and I actually realized that I was just under the peak of my strength. That means I've written about 250 songs, 5 musicals, that I'm under a lot of pressure, because everyone wants me to write new songs, musicals all the time ... Suddenly you realize, What all the time you refuse to admit, that quality will go down or that productivity just won't be like that anymore and you have to accept the truth. Say: well, now I'm just before the explosion, I'm just before the end. (time 6:05) The top of the mountain, I can still see it, it's about a year and then I look and there is only a steep fall. So the first thing that was important to say was: I'm exhausted, I'm someone I don't want to be, I'm in a state I don't like. (picture with sharks, time 6:35) So here we have the second photo, which leads us to another value that I would like to talk about. I'm sorry, I'll come back to that truth. When a leader does not admit the truth to himself, his personal world stands on a lie and then, of course, his work or corporate world stands on the sand. (Time 7:07) This value is supposed to tell us bravery, but not the bravery for someone to swim with sharks, but the bravery to change it. Because it wasn't easy, the box was very solid, I'd say seemingly unbreakable. And you will find that when you count on the time it takes to write, arrange, sing ... Lyrics, songs, when you do it all yourself in such a large production, it means that you actually 24 hours a lot, maybe years you just sit at the computer in the studio and you don't even go out. That is, you are such a person living in one room. And now what about that? Because you are completely useless to something else. A completely useless creature. (time 8:05) just like coming to those keys, sitting there somehow, going to take a breath and then going to bed again. Day to day. Thus no order, just an unusable personality for anything else. I decided to change that dramatically, that is, to learn order, and that is why I set goals that will lead to change. I chose scuba diving with sharks and a match with the two-time world champion in Thai boxing, even though I never had a match. I'll mention why for a moment. It wasn't important to me to make the fight or dive with the sharks. It was important for me to miss that path, and I firmly believed that such an extreme matter would teach me order, regime. That there will be regular training ... And if not, the sharks will eat me and the guy will beat me terribly. Which he did in the end, but in the end I quite liked it because it was in such a friendly spirit. (Time 9:37) Actually, just as the shark bit me, but also in a friendly spirit. So he didn't bite my finger because he didn't bite because I didn't like it. The lesson is that humans don't like sharks.
@vojtechprochazka29044 жыл бұрын
@@АндрійВоронов-т1е So the important thing was the bravery to change it, because the life of an artist who makes millions of money is, of course, very comfortable, now you don't want to give up fame because you will make less money and so on and so forth. It wanted to be forceful. (picture at the box, time 10:05) Here you see a colleague from Finland teaching me the rules. I suspect I say thank you. Among other things, he is a very nice creature, this fin, he is a writer who has sold 10,000 books in Finland, so such an intellectual. 3. Diligence on the Road to Vision: What every leader necessarily needs to fulfill his vision is diligence, because without diligence there is nothing. In my opinion, diligence is the silver of life. The gold of life is love, so diligence is silver. What I think is most important is the most specific vision possible. because there is a big difference between will and motivation. the will factor of everyone is significantly smaller than when there is strong motivation, when a person has strong motivation, even a person without will can perform superhuman performances. And now how to get that motivation. I am convinced that a strong, colorful vision that still smells or hurts, in my case, is what creates the engine and it pulls us forward. For example, when I didn't want to train, I was already in pain, it took about 4 months for the preparation. So I thought I'd rest today. But the strong vision of getting more into my mouth than is healthy pulled me out of that bed. Equally strong vision that the sharks tempt me if I don't train enough. This means very demanding trainings every day, all year round. That journey really changed me, as I believed and hoped. That means: strong vision, the most specific vision, that's such living water for your saws. (picture with volcano, time 12:32) Agung, this is a volcano in Bali, which I would like to give another value. This is how I swing on a chair one day, near a volcano, and suddenly I almost fall off that chair. So we ran to see what was going on about 12 kilometers behind us and this was happening. The horizon was burning. In that view, you think about who you are, because I expected me to stay there. I didn't even play my whole life, I just asked about the meaning of my life. What I passed on, what I was here for. It was good here, a lot of minuses, a few pluses, I won't be able to add it up. this I would like to state another value and that is the Sense (time 13:34). Because I think the basis of real joy is meaning. The joy of the soul. Not the joy of a new car. Really experienced deep joy, mental state. And just at the beginning of that journey, what I do and how I do it stopped making sense to me. I began to look at what else I could do. I discovered mental training. It was close to my original profession, so I combined it that way and found another meaning - to help people find, discover their mental powers and work with them. What's an interesting thing all the way when you turn back, behind your goals and say what their meaning was, maybe today, after I can tell the hero that I was catching sharks by the fins, that I would never do this again. because it makes no sense to me. I don't think the shark grabs the fin, just like the races don't make much sense to me now. I would ride, but not at any cost. So that's the point, the value I'd like to point out too. (picture with bike, time 15:45) And here we say to ourselves: cycling, what can it be, that's another value that I would like to mention here as the fifth. And the bike because that's how I come out of a restaurant from lunch and the cyclist finds me by skidding and started speaking to me in a language and he needed to tell me that I was a bad person and a Nazi. But, because he was probably a political scientist, he spoke to me in a language I didn't understand at all, and I was in a great mood, that's how I came out like a penguin (time 16:34) from that restaurant, and suddenly, yeah, a bike. And now the man began to speak so quickly (the time 16:40 will be more accurate) and I say to him: wait, I do not understand you at all. And he continued. Of course I didn't understand him. I tried to explain to him that this was a very unfortunate way of communicating. I told him, look, you have a bike and I like bikes too. That is, if we started cycling together, for example a month, for an activity we love that unites us, and he would find out that I am not the moron he thought and I, in turn, that he is not the moron you think you are. I think so. Although, of course, the man may not have been an idiot at all. And then, if we became friends like this despite what we love, perhaps we could carefully start dealing with what divides us so that we don't get hurt, not try to roll over each other, show who's better in our opinion, but carefully explain, and then I could even say one of his views: that's interesting, it didn't occur to me from my point of view. And he might say to one of my views that it can be rewarding for him. (Time 18:20) 5. Unity: I consider it strongest when people try to find what unites them and, within that, perhaps to name what divides them. Do we have 6 minutes 27 seconds to finish?
@vojtechprochazka29044 жыл бұрын
@@АндрійВоронов-т1е So. so it's actually a bit like this in our family, in a marriage, when after 28 years we managed to fight our way through better, worse states to a fantastic form, when my wife and I know that coming home means donating a piece, that means: I just don't have very good mood, but I know that my beloved wife is there, so I'll give it a little, the effort, my beloved being will do it too and it suddenly sparkles in between and I call this love. So that's the unity. (time 19:35, picture of Vyšehrad) And that is Vyšehrad, I live there. So, of course, I have a much smaller house. I might also like to say, there were a few current things that I realized about Kovy, for example. I've realized the factor before, but it's pretty clear today, and that's why I haven't commented on politics for too long, why I don't judge other people, because I actually work more with feelings, so I have so much opinion, but I have feelings. And I think it's pretty dangerous when, and something like that happened 30 years ago, when someone's feelings, which are uttered, are pretended to be an opinion. That feeling is an emotion and it has nothing to do with rational thinking and evaluating the facts. I think that today, unfortunately, often fills those feelings and that even politicians go to feelings, feelings and opinions, when it really is a broad gathering of facts from the wisest and a choice of some point of view, so I think there is less and that would probably end ? Then there are only questions.
