New coaches Andy Bischoff and Marcus Brady talk about what they like about Justin Herbert and how they plan to maximize his skillset. Bischoff, the new tight ends coach also gave a great breakdown of new tight ends Will Dissly and Hayden Hurst. Dissly was brought in to improve the running game and Bischoff said he is one of three tight ends in the league that can own the C gap and talked about why he thinks Hurst can be a top receiving option in this league.

It’s good that they got a bunch of strict coaches. For the last 20 years they’ve had coordinators turned head coach, who were just happy to be there, and were more like a friend to players than a true head coach. I’m concerned about the mass accusation of injury prone players, but, at the same time, nobody can assess what will happen with injury or medical emergencies.. much love and congratulations on your new addition to your family.

I also think as someone who was in military who suffered through hell... if they treat this anything like we did for the money they get than they'll be all in to do what's necessary to fall in line when the team culture/ message and do what's necessary. Kind of silly and a little unfair to even include the charger organization and those facility investigations during their transition from San Diego to LA. Knowing that they’re working out of office space, and opening a new facility. They should’ve been excluded from those scrutinization until they were set.

Completely disagree! It is a business and all aspects of business needs to be addressed. The problem is that the Spanos family was given a cash cow, by their father, who truly understood how to grow a successful business, and they were not prepared to deal with all the details how to make it grow and everyone in the industry has been pointing that fact out for the past decade, so that’s on the Spanos family. Think about this for a moment- the majority of NFL owners gave a verbal agreement to pass the move for both Oakland and San Diego to LA but when it came to the formal vote, Davis and Spanos were blindsided by the rest of the owners and clearance was given to the Rams. My point is that the other owners recognize that the Spanos family has no forethought on how to correctly run their business. Therefore, absolutely every aspect of their move should be under scrutiny. To the Spanos family’s credit, they finally realized that they were in over their head and finally dedicated the appropriate amount of resources to making this team, and their business, successful!
