Yep...that's it. You can control the amount of "bite" by how much horseradish you put in it. I like to clean my sinuses🤣 enjoy!

Great idea with the chicken thighs. I actually buy chicken thighs with the bone in and skin on, and I debone it and take the skin off myself. It is a lot of money and it’s worth it.

Central IL here. Haven't commented in a long time but have followed your journey for quite some time. Yes - definitely have to go to Jewel/Osco for the sales. Love how Lee is adjusting the items in the cart. I'm a bit picky about how my cart is stacked. Agree - would rather have water enhancer/packet vs the carbonated canned and usually is less expensive. Why are english muffins and bagels so expensive? Ugh. Stay warm.

Seltzer, I really thought they would taste all the same. I was very wrong. I wish it was easier to buy by the can, so you could try a whole line of flavors per case, per manufacturer. That way you aren't wasting" money on each case if no one likes it. So far like waterloo cherry, la crux black razzle berry, la crux razz cranberry.

We have Albertson's here and it is close but not the same as Jewel. There are certain things we go to Jewel and bring home when fly in and visit family. The no salt El Milargo tortilla chips is one. I still miss Dominick's never thought they'd go away. We go to Aldi and get the dark chocolate bars - I savor a square as dessert.
