I love how much of a realist she is. Doesn’t make out its "easy" or "fun". Just consistent solid work

Also, i think that indoor is much safety, in last couple day i got two injuries because of things out of my control. Someone left the dog and I hit him whith bike, he got in front my wheel sudenly, chasing the car, i have serious fall. I love outside, but i' am much relaxed indoor. Warum nicht in Training the first swim and after that run or bike?
@danielaryf9 ай бұрын
i alternate. It was just on that specific day due to lane capacity to ride first and swim last. Many other days start with a swim or a run 🏃🏼♀️
