This is insane for Delaney to do the back flip stunt blind, shows how much trust she has in you guys! I was a competitive gymnast for like 18 years and I always said the most dangerous thing was a bored gymnast lol one of my teammates was bored in practice one day so she decided (unknowingly to our coaches) to vault blind! She told us to clap when she was supposed to jump to the springboard…she face planted full speed into the horse! We had a gym rule that if you bleed on it, you clean it so she was cleaning for a while that day lol! On a different day we all decided to tumble with our opposite side (righties would tumble with left side and lefties would tumble with right side…) it was a disaster and the punishment was brutal lol!
