The last painting of Shadow with the Chaos Spear against Doom Eye is a reference to Guido Reni's "The Archangel Michael defeating Satan"

@@Quickstein I mean he was born aboard the ARK, Black Doom is basically Space Satan tempting him to sin. If we count Gerald as a stand in for God, then he counts as both the messiah and the Anti-Christ, because he has Black Doom's DNA.

1:22 "Blue Print" This is a shrunken version of the Spider Mobile drawing sprite from the end of Act 1 of the Flying Battery Zone, which is a hint at the upcoming battle in Act 2 (Sonic Mania) I recognized this picture right away because I adore Sonic Mania and the Flying Battery in particular :з Can I get a "heart" for fun?
