The date is the end statement date for that card. No tool is needed and this is very easy to do. Also, low credit utilization isn't a big deal and doesn't build your credit. You just temporarily lose points while it's higher. Lastly, the final threshold is 8.9% and data shows that scenarios of rounding occur. It's best to aim for 8% or lower if you really want that low utilization

For chase, what's the statement date? Are you referring to the CLOSING DATE? For me Closing date comes after Due date. Eg. Payment due date is 21st and then closing date is 24th. I don't know how I am supposed to take balance to 9% before statement date and then pay it off afterwards?

when he says statment date it means the statments is the current month date and due date is the date for next due date of the month. He is just tricking you. Let me tell you if you have billing cycle on january 1st and you used all the credit cards in december that billing cycle ends on january 1 you get statement of december in january and credit companies report your december’s utilization on january 1st to credit bureau that is when your credit score will drop as his dropped and you pay in full in january and that statement comes in february and also be reported to credit bureaus in february that’s when your credit get’s back. He said he dropped his credit score for fun😂 but he dropped just for making this video. He dropped credit score by not paying and paid again in full to get his credit score back which is already dropped. That means his score dropped 104 in 1st month and when he paid in full his credit score increased 124 which means he only got 20 points more than what he had before. He is just tricking you to use that application.

My statement/report/cycle date (Whatever verbage prefered) is the 10th at midnight Est time. My due date is the 5th. So, I would have to pay the balance down under 9% by the 10th then pay it off completely before the 5th of the following month? That is period to not use the card is it not, or am I missing something? Thanks

Not true at all. Different companies use different formulas. Only way to raise your score consistently is to have great pay history managing the largest amount of debt possible while also having that debt as low as possible. If that doesn't make sense congrats you now see how complicated the formulas are.
