Thank you, Daniel, for this insight. This is a raw fact, TBH. My personal experience - I did care job in the UK for just a day, and i never tried it again because i figured out it wasn't for me. I started looking for jobs in other sectors, and even most of my friends told me it would be difficult to get sponsorship outside a care job. However, i widened my job search and started applying upto 10jobs a day, which came with so many rejections, tho. Finally, i got as a gp receptionist/ administrator under a 20-hour contract while i was studying. Now, i have been promoted to practice manager in the same practice last month and have been issued a COS to switch my visa soon. Please keep applying for jobs and not be discouraged. Search for registered sponsorship lincenced companies on the home office site, write to them if possible, start with them, and concentrate. In the end, they might decide to keep you after your studies. Good luck, everyone.

Yes, you can even apply few days to the expiration of your student visa.
