The issue is they would be obligated to do this for everyone with 20 million and more subscribers. As each one is custom it is just not possible. There are thousands of KZbinrs who would need one and many more would would eventually need one. Not even mentioning the price to make a single one. The standard play buttons are make in large bulk and just have a named engraved. These need a unique process each time and lots of workers to make them.
