generative AI is harmful to artists, don't shill this shit, that model probably has 10x the amount of polygons it needs because AI doesn't optimize 3D models basically at all Edit: He slipped up and showed a triangle count on the bottom left of the apple model. 50000 triangles. Importing this into anything and expecting it to run is a recipe for a fried GPU. Quit with the deceptive advertising.

Lmao no it won't, that's an exaggeration. Most people will still prefer real art and other content over AI. The only people that are replacing people with AI were always looking for a way to do so, if they had a way to get rid of them before they would have done so. They were always cheap and greedy people. Also some jobs were already taken by AI before the AI generation trend started with Chatgpt. Like the robots that answer phone calls on customer service lines, whenever they use voice recognition, that is a form of AI.

This is the biggest misconception about AI. No, AI development does not equal creativity's demise. In fact you have to be creative if you want to integrate AI in your workflow or what you get is a mess that YOU yourself will be disappointed by, first and foremost. Instead of fearing AI, equipping yourself with high paying skills. That way even if you refuse to utilize AI, you won't be replaced. For example: management, marketing, content creation, socializing, the list goes on.
