She made the song current, i wouldn't have thought this was a classic country song. Talented singer.

America got this VOICE right... so GLAD She was my pick because of that crystal clear voice, perfect diction (you can actually understand each word she sings), and she sends waves of emotion without using any over-the-top trills or runs. She sings from her heart with the voice she was born to sing with. I hope Blake makes it a mission to protect this precious talent, guide Danielle on the best path to full success. I think that's his job now vs music industry predators who seek girl singers.

This sounds like a hit country record straight out of Nashville! Almost inconceivable that it's from a 16 year old who's barely ever performed in her life and is trying to make it on the voice. This one is definitely going places!

the song was sooooo perfect for her.. she made it her own... i cant believe this was an old country song!! go team blake!

I am only a moderate country music fan, but this young lady is who I have been watching The Voice the past 3.5 seasons to hear. Whether the others be vocal acrobats, ex professionals, men, women, pop, rock, country, etc. No one else, to date, can touch her. I go by goose bumps on my arms and a tear in my eye and brother, she can put them there. To me, she even sounds better than any and all of the coaches.

I am not a huge country fan, but I can't get this girl's voice, and especially this song out of my head. I'm glad she won the Voice as I found her to be the most consistent with her pitch and tone. I enjoyed all the artists, but I was rooting for this girl from the start. My BFF and I were at total odds for once! For a girl with no experience singing live, she blew me away!

The first time I heard Danielle's voice I knew she would win. Her voice is so pure & natural. The Voice season 4 is very lucky to have her and be a part of her rise to stardom.

She's got the whole superstar package. Her voice has a soothing uniqueness to it, it's very smooth and sweet, and she's going to be breaking a lot of hearts if she hasn't already. The next Carrie Underwood?

I put on her stuff and just float off into another world. "Grampa, tell me 'bout the good old days" sure hit a nerve here in America. I put it on repeat loop and just listen over and over again. World going down the "liberal" or "Progressives" TOILET and to hear someone with her head screwed on straight was such a delight. Lord, she can sing.

Yes, I know Taylor... it's daunting to say out loud but I agree "better than the original" or at least as good as. Odd isn't it...how each song Danielle sings somehow is "better" and somehow become HER song. Constantly amazes me. So looking forward to her career. What a lovely youngster she is.

Lookin' at you through a misty moonlight Katy did sing like a symphony Porch swing swayin' like a Tennessee lullaby Melody blowin' through the willow tree What was I supposed to do Standin' there lookin' at you? A lonely boy far from home Maybe it was Memphis Maybe it was southern summer nights Maybe it was you, maybe it was me But it sure felt right Read about you in a Faulkner novel Met you once in a William's play Heard about you in a country love song Summer nights beauty took my breath away What was I supposed to do Standin' there lookin' at you? A lonely boy far from home Maybe it was Memphis Maybe it was southern summer nights Maybe it was you, maybe it was me But it sure felt right Maybe it was Memphis Maybe it was southern summer nights Maybe it was you, maybe it was me But it sure felt right Every night now since I've been back home Lie awake drifting in the memory I think about you on your momma's front porch swing Talking that way so soft to me What was I supposed to do Standin' there lookin' at you? A lonely boy far from home Maybe it was Memphis Maybe it was southern summer nights Maybe it was you, maybe it was me But it sure felt right Maybe it was Memphis Maybe it was southern summer nights Maybe it was you maybe it was me But it sure felt right Maybe it was you, maybe it was me But it sure felt right You know it sure felt right

I try to get to the bottom of a matter. I then begin to find a happy medium. You can't keep fighting you have to guide the young. The way things are set up in America its best every young person follows the path Michelle's parents took her. It make life easy no matter the how the cards fall. You have to offer any industry something concrete, not just come to receive. One should come totally prepared. You can win battles but if you never win a war you have done little to nothing.

By the way; did you get the chance to see Michelle Chamuel's resume? Michelle, she not only reads music she write it note for note. She also writes scores. You know she graduate with Highest Honors from her University that's Summa Cum Laude in the Field of Music = 4.0...wow huh? Well maybe Danielle might be able to reach those levels. You know Michelle played in a Orchestra? Knows all the trappings of studio machines, their function and purpose, cool huh? So take your win I am not impressed.

First school or lessons then graduate then seek employment. And yes parents or a wonderful person/sponsor or you will have to pay the professionals yourselves. Don't think for one minute that Michelle's education was cheap, I was too proud of her. Her parents did not leave (1) stone "unturn". Chelle, will have the gift of education for the rest of her life. It took everything I know it took...overall probably in the area of $500,000.to $750.000 and that is being modest. Check this out above.

you do know that Danielle is only 16 years old and is STILL in high school right? she hasn't even had the chance to go to college..

• Just play with all the number sit down with people, add up the cost. over time. That is why parents tell kids to take things seriously, no running around. A resume has to be built like everything else. You can’t walk up to a police department ask for a gun and a badge? Or walk into a hospital throw on a lab coat say your a doctor. I don’t make the rules I just follow them. Michelle’s mom/dad get the big HATS OFF AWARD. Can't write lessons off on taxes. The industry is ready when people are.

Country music is something most peaple can't understand I guess, for me she has a decent voice, but she's far behind some of the vocalists that were competing with her :/ I guess that's why non-american can't vote, some way it's more fair for country artists :)

Show people the money or get that pen out and sign your life away. Someone is going to pay that money back and trust it is not easy. Everything I did I earned scholarships before I arrived. You can song amazing but you have to be able to do amazing work at the entry level...that is why in college the music department is so empty. Hopefully no one spent her winnings that will be a little start at were should should be...it is what it is. You can pay the piper now or later and prices go up
@sabrabruning826811 жыл бұрын
Did they teach her the difference between right and wrong? Maybe Chamuel needs to listen to Grandpa, Tell Me About the Good Old Days and listen carefully to the line...."when the difference between right and wrong didn't seem so hazy." GRANDPA...................TELL ME ABOUT THE GOOD OLD DAYS ! When homosexuals weren't running the damnable streets. Homosexuals and lesbians everywhere. What the hell is your point, Lisa?

Well that was about the smartest thing I have to admit...but that is not breaking any laws and God said do not judge...so and did not walk away with prize money and item under suspect/cloud...a Federal Crime...why because you can not deceiving and public or event and walk away with money in American but they will all get it in the end as most do......know your law So to it all and you ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
