@@TS-jg8xz Hey, rowdy crowd action aside, she has endured alot (illness) and rose to the finals as a 27th seed. I find that stoic in how she generally composed her emotions and appeared super focused. No screaming when she won the semi's and all the other rounds. Time for me to look up the word facetious.

The amount she was celebrating that game was hilarious but frustrating. The difference between a good and bad tennis player mostly is the mental attitude and if that is what her mental game is go ahead but Ash kept it really calm and collected but props to her.

I love watching Danielle she's a great player and I believe she's in the top 10 now the only thing I would tell her to work on is cardio, her movement (do more explosive movements while training) and work more on the forehand because her backhand is absolutely amazing I hope to see her in more finals.

But she dodged that quick and gave Ash praise for her current accomplishments not how she would match up against the games greats. Ash already played them before and it didn't quite work out for her.

I think the 'heckling' has been overplayed by the media. I thought the crowd was great. It has been highlighted by Collins having a whinge to the umpire when she was under the pump in the second set. Her complaints were a bit of 'gamesmanship' I believe, which backfired. Her on court post match speech was brilliant though......she's an impressive woman. She is a future champ I believe.....if she can stay injury free, which I hope she does.

Ah she comes clean on her back problems which I don't think she wanted to do as that might be seen as making excuses. She was asked about her always standing up during changeovers and she made a joke about it a few interviews ago saying she always stands up, even when she sleeps trying to brush off the real reason I think. The reporter from the India Times framed the question correctly this time making the association between the standing up and her back problems so Danielle just answered directly this time. Question about social media is foreshadowing, plenty of gotchas out there but she handled it well here with her concern for things that obviously do matter to her. I believe the US woman's rankings are Barty's last three victims: #1 Collins #2 Keys #3 Pegula. Maybe Amisimova will be up there too.
