for those fans asking here for the full movie, I bought it on dvd a month ago here in Europe, can't count how many times I have rewatched it since I got it!

I bought this dvd because I am a fan of Bob's projects and Danielle Steel is my favourite author, didn't read the book but when I finished watching the movie I couldn't but think, "its been so long that I saw such a beautiful romantic movie' it felt good, they don't make those kind of movies anymore, will definitely rewatch this one every so often,

One of the gratest , most beautiful movies. He did me a great impression. Great actors and beautiful music. And of course a wonderful book on the basis of which created this wonderful movie.

I just loved him he was such a great actor and so sad he passed away so early. He seemed so humble and a real genuine kind of guy. And I really loved loved loved Spenser for hire! I can't watch the new one just not the same thing because he was such a Class Act as well as the rest of the cast

I saw this movie. It’s a good one. They find common ground when she finds out that the author is his mother. You feel bad for the husband who got sick at the beginning of the movie. It’s pretty safe to say that she never really loved the guy that she cheated on……smh

the movie does not give the full credit to the beautiful thought process on Raphaella's decision making and also the thoughtfulness of Alex. In the movie he seems almost as domineering but in fact he is the gentlest man. Amanda is not his daughter but his niece and Kay not his wife but his sister. There's no featuring of Raphaella's family which played a big role in how the rich and powerful in that era have control over their children's lives. Its better to read the book I'd say.

Acest film îl resimt exact așa cum este catalogat : că o capodopera a cinematografiei,la care au meritul cel mare cei doi .Pe Robert Urich îl văd la apogeul carierei sale și îmi pare dureros de rău pentru finalul prematur,dureros al vieții sale .Am mare respect și admirație pentru cum a suportat ,luptat și acceptat finalul nedrept,nemeritat..
