I've practised face yoga for 3 years and improved my face quite well. But I found out my laugh lines were increased much and I even hesitated to smile to make them deeper. I tried different poses but still failed. I was so lucky to find out this video 2 weeks ago. I do it everyday, and now I can say my laugh lines have been gradually disappeared! OMG I feel so great and happy ❤️ Thank you so so much, Danielle for this wonderful class. I'm doing your other videos and they're an important part of my daily practice. Lots of love 😘😘😘

Sunscreen is a bit of a conundrum though, as lack of natural Vitamin D makes bone density (including the skull) to recede far faster, especially after 47 years. This is often why our noses and chins droop over time. Collagen is a smaller factor. I'm not saying don't wear spf, but just also let your skin get a little before it gets really strong after 130 pm or so. Thanks Danielle for your tips, they're excellent!!

Hi! I tend to wear sunscreen on my face and have 20 minutes of exposure in the summer months for my body to absorb the vitamin D which helps all bones including the face bones. Also eating foods high in vitamin D. I recommend that everyone finds a balance which is right for them. Glad you like the videos xx

Also, you likely (like me and many others) have a postural imbalance, a tip in the hip. This causes more pulling on one side of the body than the other. Definitely get together with a good alignment massage therapist! :)

Hi! If we are stressed, eating the foods that don’t suit our body or not sleeping we find it affects our skin. Hi Danielle. Really appreciating your videos. I have a question: aged 72 I already have nasal labial and marionette lines so skin already lose. As I massage up and down this lose skin am I making things worse? Also which is. Ore beneficial: filling my cheeks with air from side to side or the other exercise when you hold air one side whilst tapping the cheek then changing to the other cheek for 30 secs. Thank you!

I recommend you use a mirror whilst doing this and just use as gentle touch as you need too to ensure you are not over dragging the skin, with regards to which of the exercises puffing out the cheeks full of air I would recommend you do whichever one feels best for you and again when you look in a mirror which means your not creating any lines or wrinkles yet you feel that the muscles under the skin are still getting a good workout 💗

Thank you. I know sun will cause wrinkles and I've had years where I avoided it and got IPLs and my skin was flawless. BUT i crave sun shine. I have Mediterranean type skin. Right now I'm in the sun. My face and body alwasy feel better after some sun. Anyone know why this is? A little sun seems to also blend any little spots from an old pimple. What should I do? (Sun lover that doesn't burn).

It’s always a tricky one to find the balance with sunshine. 80% of skin ageing is down to sun damage but we also need sunshine for vitamin D. Personally I always keep my face covered but in summer months have short stints exposing other parts of my body x

I dont drink coffee or any caffeine or alcohol. Very little sugar mainly natural sugar but I was told by my doctors because I have Osteoporosis and I do take Vitamin D but I was told not to use sunscreen so my skin will absorb natural D because it absorbs better. What do you think?

Hello, it is a really tricky one when it comes to sunscreen, I wear sunscreen everyday on my face but during the Summer months because I live in the UK I make sure I expose a few areas of my body to the sunlight for 15-20 minutes everyday to make sure that I absorb some vitamin D, so that is a good balance for me but just try and work out a balance that works right for you 💗

Hi Danielle I do Face yoga several times a week, and have learnt a lot of techniques over a long period of time. Do you recommend working on one area per day? I usually do it in evenings while watching Netflix, but I do my foreheard, eye area, nasal labial folds, and cheeks. It's like a full workout. So for a few minutes I could be sending a lot of blood to my labial folds, next i'll be sending to my forehead. Is that wise?

Face Yoga is very flexible and can work to your day to day life, so if you prefer working one area of the face each day, that is fine, if you prefer working the whole face each day, the same or different techniques is also fine, so just do what feels best for you 💗

I would suggest to wait until your 18/19 before you start these exercises as your face is changing and growing still 💗
