The best description of Mori Ive heard was when you said " we didnt know we needed it but we do" ! Thats Mori!!! I guess Ive heard 50 covers of this song at this point. There are others that do vocal OLYMPIAN performances ( Katrina Velarde- So Hyang- Kelly Clarkson) but Mori draws me in and smashes me like a piece of paper in her hand. Im always moved to chills by Morissette. Amazing vocalist and incredible story teller. Mori has 100k followers on KZbin????? Thats seems impossible to me. Mori really is in a whole different level. She just has that "pure, sincere, elegant" pose or interpretation or like personality when singing a song. She just doesn't sing that particular song. She gives it her ALL and makes that song more meaningful and colorful. It is like becoming a different whole sensational song. Ugh. She's so one of a kind. You can't find those traits in most of the singers todays.

Loved the reaction Fangirl. When you started the reaction and said you weren't sure which version to play I was uh-oh, wishbus wishbus not that the others are bad but this one's the best. Glad you did that version and you will find that all of her wishbus performances are of the highest production standards, if the bus has got it, yeah best place to start. Although some like "Secret Love Song" has a bus version but my preference is the 2017 Asia Song Festival version. Myx live perfornance also has a couple "Stone Cold" being my top choice. ASAP (Philippine Variety Show) also puts out content although in my opinion some of their videos are terrible "Run to You" being a fair example. One other thing, Morissette is not the only gifted vocalist from the Philippines and Wish has a lineup of hugely and I do mean hugely talented singers, just click here. Can I make a suggestion here for Wednesday’s new artist? Because my favourite singers are Mori and KZ Tandingan, and I would love to see your reaction to KZ. They are two different singers with different skill sets, but I am equally passionate about both. BBC Radio recently compared KZ to a new Lauren Hill. I would like to suggest you start with her X-Factor audition when she was discovered (FYI there are 2 songs in that audition so don’t stop too early), and then her performance of Say Something which she performed on the show Singer in 2018.
