My six year old son loves this workout and does it religiously!!! I myself have done at least 10 of your workouts and love the intensity of them all!!! Shelter in place?? This was an amazing workout i got a few tips if anyone is interested 1. Make sure you wear grip gloves or powder or wipe your hands after every set. I'm a heavy sweater and I almost had some close calls with my toes (workout at home) and my head. So be careful. 2. Also with the figure eights make sure you put power behind them so you can catch it with the other hand. At first i wasnt able to grip the bell correctly so with that and sweaty hands plus half ass gripping the bell meant my toes were in danger. Thats all. Either way it was great and my arms are burning. Thank you Daniel!

Fabulous and special one. Different from others. Loved this 45 second rounds, great to pace yourself and use the time under tension technique. Cannot call it "HIIT" though. Also, a great idea to have a few cameras positioned around the room to see you from different angles to watch the correct form. Suggest that you use this multi-camera multi-angle view in your newer videos, it is such a great idea! I like your variations, too. Every workout has some element which is different from others to mitigate against developing a plateau. A really great workout. Please keep them coming.

Working my way through the golden oldies! Production maybe a little slicker these days but the workout is as always first class! Thought I'd go for a 24kg kettlebell and just about hung in there. Well pumped now!

Woke up early and did it with phones blasting!!! Did with bag filled with books, only exercise i had trouble was the one passing through the legs, any recomendation?

Did this a few times and I can say that it is really good, I think it especially affects my chest! Would you suggest doing this exercise a few days in a row, or is it too much? I usually do this and repeat after a few days (I do something lighter on other days). Would you say it would be too much to do this 3 days in a row?

love this!!! also here from quarantine. one question though - why do you advise arching the back? don't you want to keep back neutral so core muscles are actively engaged?

Hi Rebecca, maybe arched is not the right word. for example with the bentover row a straight back (neutral like you mentioned) with the engaged core is the right way to do the exercise and with the other/most of the exercises the right posture...so basically shoulders are not hanging to the front , chest up and core engaged. :D

@@DANIELPTFITNESS Arched is the correct term if referring to lifting the shoulders whilst pushing your abs out. This protects the back by engaging the lower back muscles to compensate for the weight of the kettle bell. I think she might of confused with leaning the shoulders forwards... Great workout, gives a real pump! I've tried many workouts over the years, but definitely going to explore your other vids!

I could imagine you will be able to manage 16-20kg. I am using a 12kg kettlebell as I had no heavier one available.

Mandapati Ramya there is no such thing as weight loss program, weight loss is all about balancing you nutrition. This workout will max burn 500kcal and you can have that back with for example a sandwich. so make sure in the long run that you eat a little less then what your body needs and workout for a healthy body and you will be fine 🙏🙌🏻

Im using a 26 pound KB here. it depends on your strength of course. maybe go for some lighter weight and if its too easy go for some heavier weight. GOOD LUCK :D

l ve always hated push-ups.l can never ever do it,maybe one or two.So i skip those parts and do jumping jacks intead.
