Rodney I love you but I feel like the convo about Danileigh maybe being trans and pulling pics of her was a little sad face. I'm a cis woman but something that all the bullshit being flung at trans people (not saying that's what you're doing) made me realize something. A lot of people can't take trans people because their idea of what is a man and what is a woman is super rigid. Which then makes them want to police what is a man or a woman. And then we get into trying to clock this and clock that, and that ends up policing all women. Like you said the girl had a baby. Unless we're in a medical setting or a government form nobody needs to be checked about their gender. Because often who gets left out of what the idea of a woman is black women, especially if they are dark skinned or fat. Which goes back to Danileigh's own lame self for the whole yellowbone stuff and being in some terrible triangle with da baby and his kids' mother. You often talk about how women get dogged out by these men and a lot of the bull has to do with putting the ideal woman in a box. The more we don't buy into that the further we'll be from the bullshit.

I don't know every single detail but working in photography this is standard business in many photography sectors. It's not her photo, it's a copyrighted image and belongs to him. It's no different than any model being hired to MODEL for photographs using those photos as her own. It is illegal to make money off of copyrighted material UNLESS you have the owners permission. Maybe she didn't know that which is unlikely. Maybe because using copyrighted images is so common she wasn't thinking any legal action would take place.
