Danilo Gallinari Career High 47 Points Full Highlights (4/10/2015)

“Hey man, great game tonight, too bad about the loss, huh?” Wilson Chandler wandered over to Danilo Gallinari’s locker.
Danilo looked up, startled, as he hurriedly packed up his stuff. “What? Oh, yeah. I was really feeling it, and the guys kept finding me. I Liked the way they played tonight, lots of hustle, it was a team effort, not just me. Both teams played hard.” he replied, distractedly.
Wilson looked amused. “You realize, dude, that I’m not a reporter? It’s Wilson, just wanting to congratulate his temmate on his new career high. And wondering if you wanted to join me and the guys for a night of partying. Booze and chicks will be involved, man, it’s gonna be bananas for real.”
“What?” Danilo asked again. “No, sorry, can’t join. I have, er, pressing matter tonight to be dealing with. No time for bananas. Must get going. See you Wilson.”
Danilo rushed out of the locker room, not bothering to address the real reporters who were waiting for their daily soundbites. Wilson watched him leave and shook his head. “He’s gonna party with us whether he wants to or not.”

Holed up in his bedroom with his butler, Danilo Gallinari paced nervously.
“Put them on, Luca, I demand! The time is fast approaching, I can feel it!”
Luca responded wearily, as if he had had this conversation before. “But Danilo, this is ridiculous! I will not chain you to your own bed! What has gotten in to you? Does a lady want you to do this?!”
“This has nothing to do with kinky bedroom stuff, Luca. This is serious! You are my servant, and I order you to restrain me!” Gallinari yelled, holding up chains and handcuffs.
“If that is what my master wishes, then it shall be done.”

“Yo, Wilson, you sure this is a good idea? I didn’t know Gallo’s place was so damn creepy. Like a haunted mansion or somethin’. And he was actin’ pretty weird before he bolted like he seen a ghost.” Ty Lawson looked with unease at the towering house, silhouetted by silvery moonlight, barren trees creaking in the wind.
“Gallo ain’t never rejected an overture to party hard before. I’m sure the game he just had got him a little overexcited, that’s all. Don’t be a pussy, man.”
Ty bristled. “I ain’t no pussy!”
Wilson smiled. “Then ring the doorbell.”
With trepidation, Lawson walked up the winding path to the front door, hesitated, then rang the antiquated doorbell to the left of the giant doors. A series of booming chimes echoed throughout the estate.

Danilo and Luca remained locked in the bedroom when they heard the clanging sound of the doorbell. Luca moved towards the door, his butler’s training telling him never to leave a guest waiting.
“What are you doing? No! No one must see me like this, Luca! Do not let anyone in, I command you!” Danilo screeched from his position on the bed, each of his limbs chained tightly to the four floor-to-ceiling bedposts.
“Guests can not be left waiting, Signore Gallinari,” he responded, exiting the room.
“Luca! Lucaaa! Come back! AAAAHHHHH! RUUUAAAAHHHH”

“Signore Gallinari is ready to see you, misters Lawson and Chandler.” Luca had led them to the door of the bedroom, now slightly ajar. From inside, Danilo’s anguished cries could clearly be heard.
“You sure? He ain’t soundin’ too good in there.” Ty looked even more unsure than before.
“I am not sure, but perhaps the calming sight of his friends will ease his tormented mind. Come.” The butler led them inside.

“NOOOO! Luca! You fool! Now they have seen me for what I truly am! Bathed in the light of this brightest of moons, now they know my secret!” Shuddering against his restraints, Danilo began to snarl and bark like a dog.
“Your secret? Wilson asked, looking stunned. “Your secret bondage fetish?”
“Do you not witness this horrible growth on my chin, Wilson? Do you not perceive my sickening transformation, Ty, from human to accursed man-beast, from basketball player, to…” Danilo paused, breathing heavily. “WEREWOLF! WAROOOOOOOOOOOOOO!”
The two Nuggets teammates at each other. “Man, you ain’t a werewolf, that’s just a crappy neckbeard,” Ty said, trying to contain his laughter.
“Yeah, and it ain’t even the full moon right now, so even if you was a werewolf, which you ain’t, you’d be fine for another couple weeks,” Chandler added.
Danilo was done responding. As he resumed his wolf-like snarls and howls, Luca led the visitors back to the entrance of the mansion.
“I’m so sorry that Danilo did not want to party with you, Misters Chandler and Lawson, maybe some other time. He really does enjoy going out with you, on most nights. I guess you could say, he is a… party animal!” He said with a smile as he closed the front doors.

“Yo, where’s Danilo? You guys said you’d get him, this his night after all!” Jusuf Nurkic drukenly shouted as Ty and Wilson entered the bar. “Does he know of quantity of alcohol?”
Wilson smiled. “You know that thing he calls a beard? Well, there’s a reason he ain’t shavin’ it off…”
