Absolutely amazing breed! Mine is 2.5 years old and such a wonderful companion! She thinks everyone is her best friend and is always available for a cuddle session!

My DSF is 3 yrs old and the absolute best breed I have ever had! Expressive, funny, and bosses my other two large dogs around. She is a joy to have around and I have learned from experience and from talking to other owners that the breed loves to sleep with us,totally under the covers. She is 13 lbs of sass and I wouldn’t have it any other way!

My dog is a rescue from Texas. Her Mom was this breed. Her dad was a Black Mouth Cur/Anatolian Shepherd. She is super sweet but needs to run.

I missed this video due to exam preparations. Otherwise, I've watched all your videos on the upload date. Thank you so much. Even if the word terrier and pinscher means the same to some people, I recently read a description that detailed the character differences - unfortunately, it's a pdf upload from an old Danish article. One of the things mentioned in the articles that I didn't know before getting Spot, but which we've experienced, is that he doesn't like wet and cold. They have a single coat, no undercoat/underwool though. He has a very loud and deep bark on the rare occasion that he does bark. He doesn't care if other dogs bark at him.

Fun fact. There are both shorthaired and longhaired danish swedish farmdogs even though the longhaired are very rare. I have a longhaired almost 3-year old danish swedish farmdog and I still haven't met another like him

I have a danish sweedish farm dog and i live in denmark tho my dog is very sick and later today i will be told if she will be taken down or she will survive her infection we really hope for the best but it was a 50 50 chance of her survivng

They are great hearding dogs, if you train Them… in denmark they are usually not used for cattle. This is a alert dog, who would love to work with other animals (just not small animals/ the DSF Will most likely kill it) Our DSG are hearding the cats in our garden, and my children🫣
