@danny306gti Thanks It holds arround 9-10 but you only drive with 7-8 :) I don't know if they get ekstra for the conveyor here in Denmark, since almost all trucks have it.

wow, that is one nice truck. i thought it was a mini concrete pump attached to a mixer. but its using conveyor system to move them. well, its an exciting feeling to work along side with equipments & machinery, saves time as well. even though old ways of labor work is a lot cheaper.

Thanks! It holds around 12-13 cubic yards (9-10 M3) and the conveyor can reach around 52 Feet (16 Meters)

Note that we in denmark use a tube on the convoyer. That makes it very easy to place the concrete exactly on the right spot. No need for shovels.

The truck I drive in Australia has a removable hopper. At one plant where I work the material is fed into the mixer by a conveyor belt (known as a speed belt) it just flows off the end of the belt into the mixer, so the hopper is removed to allow this.

First: Thanks!! second: Why??? A pump truck is, heavier (it can't have as much concret on board). It is more clumsy, takes longer time too get ready, and too clean. Somthing like 90% off all, concret trucks in Denmark is like that on, with an conveyor belt and a remote, and the rest is pumps.

they are more to help so that it wont tip over if your pouring to the sides. but still a good idea to have them down even if pouring out the back.

No i don't think that, it is more expencive with this truck, her in Denmark somthing like, 90% of all concret trucks, looks like that one, so no price to cut any where, the rest is pumps or trailer trucks. The conveyor dosn't take long to clean.

the conveyour is actually easy too clean, it runs while cleaning and we use a highpower waterjet nozzle, so it takes about 10 mins.

as an inspector I hate it when a driver adds water at the site and doesnt mix it properly...the first few yards is loose and the rest is still too tight

Same here. Water generally shouldnt be added as the mix is determined. Unless it real hot and msybe the load is getting old.

Didn't put outriggers down, could have laid truck on its side when swinging belt machine out. But it does keep truck out on drive and hard surfaces. Would be very handy at residential and large pours where truck and chutes won't reach.
