"ノーエ節" is a traditional folk song from Shizuoka, but it's known all across Japan. It's also said that during the Edo period (1603-1868) under the Tokugawa Shogunate rule, the song was used as a marching cadence by soldiers during festivals, trainings, and parades.
I do not represent any of the ideologies, countries, or religions shown on this channel.
