My friends! By popular demand, we are turning the One Person Business Model into a series (and we also increased the audio quality). Here are previous videos from this series: The One Person Business Model (How To Productize Yourself): kzbin.info/www/bejne/eIuVn4aLgdSfgas The Rise Of The Value Creator (A Career Path For Polymaths & Self Improvers): kzbin.info/www/bejne/iKapm4xngrtngq8 If You Are High Value, Start A One-Person Business: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qZi7coR6icZmmqM In 2 weeks we will be going over a roadmap. The 3 stages you will evolve through as a creator and exactly what to do (from beginner to advanced). I also mentioned this video to supplement your learning and building: How I Remember Everything I Learn: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aH2ThZ2Kfq14fNE Hope you enjoy this one! Edit: when I told the story of me creating the products, it sounds like I was drunk driving. I wasn’t. I drove 3 hours to a concert, lost my phone there, slept at the hotel, and on the drive back that’s when I was having the ideas (having my friend/editor write them all down in his phone lol). Stay safe everyone.

Dan - I’ve worked in the media for most of the past 40 years. There’s SO MUCH wisdom in your videos that mirrors what we’re taught about how to successfully program (especially) radio stations that I just had to laugh out loud when you used the DJ (disc jockey) analogy. You would be a GREAT radio station program director! Whether we’re programming country, pop, jazz, or even talk, the formulas are the same, the strategies are the same. It’s all understanding human psychology, studying the demographics and psychographics of your target audience, and then correctly identifying and meeting their needs. The variable YOU throw into the mix is telling us to ask ourselves, “What need can ** I ** meet?” which is the question we’re really answering when we examine what we’ve learned well enough to teach others. You are wise beyond your years, sir. Please keep sharing and inspiring!

Documenting your learning skill & build process (for example Js Developer) and do that in public (IG, Tik Tok, FB, YT) everyday while looking for jobs to apply. Is something that I'm doing over the past 2 months & recently the market start to validate my skillset by asking me about if they wanna work with me & not the other way around. This is a fascinanting experiment that can be lonely at the beginning and interest as you move on while knowing ppl with similar interest and perhaps make business. Thanks Dan for being a lighthouse on the galactic sea of irrelevance content out there.

Can't even begin to tell you how much your videos have helped me, my friend. I am a personal trainer that happened to be born with Spina Bifida. Before, I would just say "hey, I am Joel, personal trainer with SB" blah blah blah, and expect people to just buy without really showing my true message behind what I do. You have helped me create a system with marketing, setting up products, etc where I can now say "Hello, My name is Joel Cooper, owner of Lion House Fitness - an online personal training company that has an emphasis on diversified and adaptive training. My goal is to get you stronger, physically and mentally, no matter your ability. Here's my story" so on, and so forth. If the person digs the message and isn't entirely thrown off by the Spina Bifida, where I can say just because I have a disability, doesn't mean I cannot help them and haven't put a hundred more hours than the non-disabled personal trainer, then so be it. I have now made adaptive and non-adaptive training programs that bring results I never truly "got it" until I watched your videos, so thank you so much for what you do.
