Barodius probably figured that the earth's destruction, amplfied by the powers of his Mecthogan Titan that are are made from Code Eve's powers, will rip away to other dimensions due to the intense energy they use, which will cause the Earth's core to be destroyed. Either that or he planned to use the Dark Moon Dark Reverse Dimension world in an attempt to link all the other planets he sought to destroy. Judging by how no reinforcements from Neathia and Gundalia arrived, its possible that Barodius already banished its citizens, but first wanted to make Dan and Drago suffer before he destroys all the other worlds.
