Damn man, been there done that. Those things you’ve been through are gonna make you a better person in the long run. I got in deep into that world, and made a lot of mistakes. Had 12 staples put in my head after getting robbed like that one night. Had multiple guns put in my face. Just so many things I can’t begin to write about them here for sure. All those mistakes I made when I was younger taught me so much about life. It will make you a much stronger, much wiser person now that you’ve left it long behind. For me, I shouldn’t even be breathing today. So, I try to live my life making up for all the mistakes I made. I’m almost a decade sober, and with every single year I still grow to see things I never would have back then. It’s good to hear your story, and that you made it out of that life in one piece. Your story reminds me of my story and I appreciate that your experiences are very close to mine. I quit 2 years ago and stayed sober for the past 2 years. In sobriety I’ve learned that smoking is fun for a while but, gets old quick and the people along the way are not great people. When I quit, I have had crazy people harassing me ever since because, once I quit they lost money and weren’t happy with it. The only thing that has gotten me through it all is the fact that I went back to school and about to have a great career. The other thing that has kept me sane is my love for my car, shooting at the shooting range and my dog. Thanks for the story, I appreciate your openness with your experiences.

I also used reup money to make a major move, relocating to a place where I knew no one. The move was the ticket to success.
