I have been doing Wing Chun for about 6 years in total under two different teachers, although I have been away from my Wing Chun class for about 8 months due to mental health reasons. Your passion in these videos have calmed my heart and mind over the months, while helping me focused on various ideas while I prepare to go back to class. Thank you Sifu Dan. :)

Good morning my name is Tyrell Hubbard and I live in Talladega, Alabama. So I've been extremely curious about Wing Chun and I see the techniques and they look so graceful and amazing. Plus I see the power that Wing Chun has. I'm very interested in practicing and mastering, but I have no balance no skill of fighting whatsoever. I'm ready for a change and I feel that Wing Chun will give me that change and balance that I want.

Hi Dan Lok I decided to join a tournament to see what my skill level is using Wing Chun and JKD. Since I only trained for a year with my sensei a few years ago I wanted to see where I was at. I came in 2nd because time ran out and 5 point we're not counted. Mostly everyone said I should of got first place. Later, I emailed the sensei I charge of the tournament if I could advance in the division the sensei responded. My student was so impressed with your strategy in the tournament that we are working on defending against your style. Well the words are not verbatim, but he did let me a white belt move up to the next division. Before this tournament I ask my sensei what videos could I reference too so I may practice my drill, I asked him about your videos he said very good videos to refresh yourself with the wing Chun and JKD drills. In May I will be preparing for another tournament refreshing and learning from your videos.

Thank you Dan Lok, Now at part 5, so obviously found that decent Wing Chun guide. As I didn't want to dive into a "Live" class and find out I was being taught an incorrect technique, as there are 2 Schools for Wing Chun within 2 miles of my Hometown, both have v.good reviews, but different teaching methods. Having greatly admired the Ip Man film series, I wanted to properly learn Wing Chun instead of going back to Karate, after all, most defense centers around blocking with the Hands / Arms, then follow up with offensive counter-moves, rather than a sloppy Karate Snap, or Side-kick. Great series indeed.

now here's a guy who's really giving effort into having overall solid game in his life, worth copying on his strong points that aren't yet mine. kudos sir. in my research as a budding businessman, those who are minding the business of others are slaves in mentality, their mindset aren't bosses, bosses mind their own businesses because they are aware their businesses are worth at least millions. and in nature, elephants don't pay much attention to ants. much less a singular individual ant.

Well, your stance video helped me find the right balance point, and now I'm practicing (every move super slowly, being mindful of every muscle in the action) my Siu Lim Tao. Just two days ago I went to a "tryout" lesson with an instructor who informed me about his lineage and the lesson left my body shocked (from not understanding why I refuse to fight back when instructor's showing something, plus I'm not used to being hit) but my head clear. I think you've done your job on me ;)

+Dan Lok I studied Wing Chun for a little while but had to move while still in beginner phase but had studied other styles as well including another art form that was largely compromised of 5 animal styles of kung fu. There are no Wing Chun schools nearby (or even JKD) so I use your videos to get and stay sharp. There are other styles taught nearby but most is geared toward tournament. As far as interest in Chinese culture, I have been interested in it since childhood. I am even self teaching myself Mandarin using videos and a phone app.I do also watch your business videos since I am starting on building my own insurance business and looking into additional business ventures.
