Danmakufu - Flowey the Flower Boss Battle

After playing Toby Fox's incredible game Undertale, I decided to set out to recreate some of the game's amazing boss battles through Danmakufu. Of course this isn't an actual boss battle from the game... More like a hypothetical situation.
This is only the first of what I hope to be many Undertale-themed scripts I will be making. It's rather short, as I made it more for just a proof-of-concept really, but I think I still managed to make it quite fun anyway.
In other news, this is the first script I've made that has a "Game Over" screen. =)

+Kanbisushi Not to mention the fact that a realm of monsters is separated from the outside world by a barrier. And you play as a human who accidentally entered this world, or in other words was "spirited away". The underground is basically Gensokyo.

assholemon They all are chronologically sorted, so the characters often refer to things that happened in an earlier game, but the story itself is kind of serious... and kind of not at the same time? It's mostly because, while the events might seem usually pretty serious, like "A hell raven wants to burn everything in the world.", the characters mostly just do their job (solving incidents) and never really take it too seriously.

While I enjoyed Undertale and its simple but uniquely characteristic character attacks, I have a friend who said they weren't a big fan of the UT bullets. Despite the similarities to danmaku, they said the main appeal of Touhou's bullet hell was in the sheer beauty of the danmaku, which lacked in UT. Somehow, regardless, I think you managed to make something pretty captivating just out of little white friendliness pellets, and recreate such Touhou-like patterns, which is really impressive.~ I liked the roundabout-dodging ones, and the sort of yin-yang shaped ones!

Really diggin the idea for this script series, do you plan to use the different heart gimmicks? (the blue heart that makes you run and jump, the green one that makes you shield etc.) if you do Papyrus needs to turn you into blue reimu, and you can have it play like HRtP or something

Hmm... Sans's main schtick is to show that stats are worthless and to cheat the battle system in his favor. Calling dibs on the bottom of the screen right as the battle starts seems obvious, and so would bones screwing with the interface, but any Touhou fans have ideas on twists he could pull on the spell card system besides skeleton pun names?

When I saw this on MoTK I expected to see MS Paint abomination Flowey here, but this is pretty good as well. Where did you get the sounds and Flowey's sprites from BTW?

+ParadoxPython I got the sounds from videos of gameplay--I nabbed the sound bits from when there was no music or other sounds playing. As for the sprites, someone data-mined the game and got every single sprite. I won't post that here though, to honor Toby Fox's wish of not making the sprite sheets public so soon. But of course someone already has, I just won't be a part of the problem. ;) If you poke around enough, you'll be sure to find it.

+Leevan You need to download Danmakufu ph3, which you can do so here: www.geocities.co.jp/SiliconValley-Oakland/9951/pre/th_dnh_ph3.zip Open up the game folder, and then put my "Flowey the Flower" folder into the game folder labeled "script". Then run "th_dnh.exe", go to Directory in the in-game menu, and you should find my script!
