Just a slight correction: the Seymour Duncan JB is not a "Jeff Beck" humbucker. JB actually stands for "Jazz-Blues". It sounds great anyways, and I'm slightly nit-picking here. Great video.

I had commented a few years back on Facebook about wishing that Seymour Duncan would bring back the "EMG style" black pickup covers for the hot stack pickups. I believe it was you that commented that the juice wasn't worth the squeeze. Perhaps with this release maybe they would be again. Which leads me to ask the question. How did you guys acquire the molds to cast those? Or is this a special arrangement through Seymour Duncan exclusively for this model for you guys to get these?

very informative! so on the other dann huff model the hot stacks are actually the bridge version? that's so interesting and i get it now! i did a similar job on my strat, very happy with that, but i felt the neck/middle were a bit weaker...thanks for a great breakdown
