Got to be one of the best pod casts I've watched. Just a room full of mates chewing the fat n having banter with each other 👌🏻. I'd personally definitely say more of this kind of stuff with 4 or 5 in the room I seem to zone out a little bit on certain ones when it's just one guest for 2 hours but this one had me fully engaged

I usually don't write comments but felt like I should contribute this time. I would love to see the shoots/films that have 'failed' as you'd call where you haven't caught anything. More often than not the KZbin videos with carp fishing are all about turning up at a lake and smashing it. In essence, it gets very boring to watch a whole hour of just pulling fish to the bank without any story to it. For me, I like to see the journey, the struggle, the search for the fish, the tactics and what you are going to do in the situation to achieve results. My favourite film is when Dan and Darrell went to a lake in France for the Thinking Tackle OD S3E1 French public Adventure. I have watched this film so many times and it is just brilliant, yes they have caught exceptionally well, but the journey to catch the first fish, Dans struggle throughout the film, the tactics and constantly adapting to the situation is priceless and I would love to see more of this in the films. Thanks to everyone for making the films, very inspiring and wish all the best for the fishing season ahead :)

Awesome, a good listen! Yes - put the failed Spanish film out. Everyone blanks. It’s the lessons you learn whilst blanking which solve the puzzle. Yesss, pod with Bill Cottam about Nutrabaits would be good. Perhaps a pod with Gary Bayes about his fisheries, Bayeswater and his fish farm might also be interesting. Lastly, totally agree with Damien about tech in angling. Bait boats, drones and sonar?… used in the UK?… that’s not fishing!

I’m just getting back into my fishing after 5 years out due to business, it’s been great watching all the stuff on KZbin and I’ve started on the podcasts, the Spain trip would be great to watch even though no fish were caught. Sets up what real life is like and what I’m sure every angler has experienced at some point in their fishing experience. Absolutely loving all the content and has proper kick started my passion for fishing again. Keep up the great work lads

Congratulations" Splendid work from a company that truly love angling, I worked with these fellas when I was in my mid twenties. I'm in mid forties now and being outside looking in 20 years on is truly remarkable. Dan and Damo all the korda family are a gift to angling. Thanks for the times you've made great memories and the great lessons learned along the way. Keep the epicness coming Korda. Kind regards Tel boy

Love the korda podcasts and the people who work or involved with the brand. And the fact Tom stokes and Tom maker have come on board is just a great move for the korda team. Both of them are genuinely nice people who have a lot of experience in carp fishing, and have the ability and skill to catch carp. Looking forward for more videos from them both.

I'd love to see Scotty again for sure! And yes Dan and Damo talking about the early days would be epic! I met Dan at the Big One last weekend as well as Tom and Neil, Tom was lovely to be fair because I was hanging after a night shift and spent all day walking around that aerospace centre, he was patient with me and just a very cool guy. So Dan was tired at the end of a looong weekend we were both shattered and I said I've been watching you for 20 + years and appreciate all you have done for fishing, had a picture with him and Dan said thank you for support over the years, that meant a lot to me and was just a perfect way to end a lovely day at my first fishing show! There are a few questions I would've liked to have asked Dan had the circumstances been different. Appreciate you all for what you do! Cheers guys 🙂

I love the old story's but there is a future aswell ... and hope after 40 yeas carp fishing I can do it for another 40 ... I just love it, well done to Korda for being the company they are and become (I have seen it grow) great stuff guys you can be very proud of it ...

You absolutely have to put out failed shoots (no Carp) as it represents fishing and what we all go through. The lows of carp fishing make the highs so much better, the journey is what we remember, the difficult moments, the funny moments, its what it's all about.

What a pod cast, loved the pete clip was in stitchs, loved it how danny listed to stokes pod cast and wanted ,him to be part of korda that is brilliant, Tom seems like the nicest guy ever, nice to listen to yous in pod cast saying korda doesn't employ people just because they have top gcse's ect damian saying thats irrelevant 👏, what yous have at korda meaning the team is special and now Tom maker part of tht now 👌, got to admit though think Terry hearn has to be the best story teller not agree? Loved to see Mark Holmes do a pod cast Not sure who actually reads the comments at korda but massive well done and I would love to watch the video from Spain , I think everyone specially the younger anglers now a days think everyone catches loads of big carp ever time they go fishing because of social media think it puts alot of pressure on people when they go fishing now and there not going for what they should be and that's to enjoy it

For a epic one for us viewers and making fishing history. Staying ballsy 🤣: A god tier podcast guest list with all the Korda team. A big one for a charity event. Just good things for all including us content viewers 👍 Would be magic. If I had to pick one, we couldn’t have him unfortunately 😢 God bless you John. Guests would ideally include the likes of Terry Hearn, Gaz Fareham - to name a couple, and just other top top people to join in with you guys and girls 😊👍 Totally appreciate that it would be a monumental task in many ways, but just an idea. Mr Flint if I had to think of someone outside of fishing. Such a shame. Maybe a event like annual team Korda expo? Propper Essex dnb set 😂 Podcast the interesting chats with the general audience. You guys take the time to stand there and talk to us. We’re very grateful, but you guys should be getting something back for it and something to help Korda hopefully, and us further down the line. These podcasts are properly like a modern day book. Most of the words are very valuable 😅 Us viewers can only pray 🙏 but that would be legendary to the world. It would proper inspire the people getting back into it and more importantly to the newcomers. Especially about the right ways to fish, how to behave around other anglers and fish safety/ care. Anyways, that really would make history peeps. Tom and Spoons, sorry for sounding like a bellend at the show haha you’ll rack your brains as there was a few of us I suspect 😂 You guys are legends. But honestly mate, I 100% knew that you was aware that the RX Digital were made by Fox 😂 and have been for many many years! Ha I’m so sorry I’m a muppet sometimes and that is t how I would want to come across. You was at Thorpe Lea at a carp show. Many moons ago mate. You checked over a set of SX Digitals (made by fox if you did t know 😄) You’ve been a top bloke for a long long time 😎👍 Dan thank you for your honest words. My bro and I will propper remember what a humble bloke you are. We were both listening and learning, very wise words 👍 Big respect for what you and the team are doing for the sport and supporting the people in and around it. Winners 👍 Top blokes, thank you all for what you all do. All the best and on behalf of the community, thank you all again 😊👍

A question that I'd like to ask is where do we see carp fishing videos being in 10 years? Fishing videos have changed format so much since their inception and it's no longer about just location, tactics and results. People get invested in stories and feeling as if they are along for ride. Could we see VR come into play where you feel as though you are sat on the bank watching a film? Big congratulations on producing great tackle, great content and great community.

Totally agree with Danny about re-interviewing some guests, but like he said, what is the point in having old-school secret squirrels on who don't want to tell you anything about their fishing. Don't understand a lot of their secrecy at times because its generally their ability as an angler why they catch rather than a "super rig" etc.
