It´s a shame that Morales retired after loosing to Diaz. He should have moved up again or just taken a few easier fights. Had Morales stayed active, he would have clowned the guys at 140. (with a few exceptions)

@@gilbertluna6802 Weight had a very big part to do with it. But he was also still 30 and arguably beat Diaz. Regardless, he looked pretty good that night. Just look at how a chubby Morales handled Maidana and Garcia. I honestly believe had Morales stayed active and properly moved up, he would have been able to school a lot of the 140lb guys of that era.

Garcia Knocked out Morales bad in the 2nd fight...this First fight between them was Morales last hoorah to me.

That KD in the first fight is what likely ended his run at 140. After he got up, Garcia took control of the fight. And what was a learning experience for Garcia, was the nail in the coffin for Morales. Heck of a fighter and his comeback was very eventful. @@Diaz23

Igual que Juan Manuel Márquez vs Mayweather, aqui una calidad muy superior de Erick sobre este boxeador. No debieron enfrentarlos, ya que sin de otro peso. Este despegaba desde un ligero y creo anduvo hasta en superwelter y Erick venia desde los super gallos creo; la estructura muscular es diferente. Marquez infinita mas calidad que el corredor de 100 metros de Mayweather. Un golpe de ellos lo cambia todo. Pero en boxea de calidad no hay duda muy superior Erick.
