I've been looking at this scene for like 10 minutes and I think Danny green-screened himself over a picture of his room and then lengthened his bottom half in editing while moving his top half upward to make it look like a natural jump until he curled his legs back up at the end and everything snapped into place like 5 feet off the ground. It's a stunning editing job tho
