New show, new ship. As always it's not canon and definitely will never be. haha What is wrong with me? Why do I always choose the wrong ship to ship? lol Anyway I totally fell for them at the second they saw each other for the first time. It was such a beautiful moment! *__* I love Danny and Joy together and I will ship them no matter what! And I just hope if they won't ever happen they still can stay friends, but not enemies! ;(

Even in S2, they still have this unique vibe to their few scenes where it's this sort of intense longing from Joy's perspective even when she was angry at him. I think despite their lack of scenes, they have more chemistry than Danny and Colleen.

Госпади, я очень рада, что по этому сериалу у тебя появилось видео! Да, это не канон, но даже не каноничные парочки в твоих видео получаются довольно милыми. К Джой отношусь скептически и я сама сторонница канона (да, ты слышишь (читаешь) это не в последний раз, готовся). Но всё-таки она неплохой персонаж и первые серии я даже шипперила её с Денни. А я в восторге от Джой(и Уорда!!! xD) Я обычно проникаюсь только к мужским характерам хах, но тут... Не знаю, есть в ней что-то интересное и я надеюсь во 2 сезоне ее раскроют лучше и *не станут* делать из нее врага! А так в принципе я не против канона в этом сериале, мне на самом деле очень даже нравится пара Дэнни и Колин. Они милые.(я может что-то и по ним сделаю, когда время будет побольше и когда я отойду от финала легенд xD) Это тебе спасибо за комментарий! :)

daniyalive Ой, уже серия вышла? Надеюсь финал не сильно пугающий. Я тоже в восторге от Уорда. Это довольно странный персонаж, если сестрёнка шла, скажем так, по одной линии, то настроение братца менялось с башенной скоростью и за этим было интересно наблюдать. такой контраст: не изменяющая себе и своим привычком, но всё же любящая сестра и не менее любящий брат, который становился всё беспечней и злее на мир.

well actually if you really think about it Danny's love for Colleen may be very flawed. Think about it their relationship was thrown together pretty fast by the writers. I think he's caught up in the moment of being attracted to someone as potentially dangerous as he is; she's a fantasy for him. But truthfully Colleen isn't good for Danny in many ways [one being she is still part of the hand]; she's manipulated, lied to and deceived him several times. Joy and Danny have no lies between each other [except for the one about her father which was understandable]. There is a deep connection between Danny and Joy; they have history. That doesn't go away. Give it time and I'm sure Danny will come to realize his feelings for Joy are stronger than Colleen based on what the series writers have presented. And considering how well the first season is doing so far I wouldn't be surprised if S2 is announced soon so we can see how this story continues. I truly believe Danny and Joy have strong feelings for each other; they have love for one another and I don't think its strictly platonic. I mean look at that scene where Danny held Joy's hand as she was bleeding out. He wanted to offer his life to save her's then she cried out to him. And what about the M&Ms!! And we still have no idea how he's going to feel with Joy being manipulated by Davo; what her absence and later her anger will do to him down the road. I think their angst is just beginning and who knows what that will blossom into. I hope its true love.

Slospop112 exactly. He's got her in a very vulnerable spot. Her dad dies again and she thinks Danny is responsible. Also when he didn't show up at the hospital to see her I think that was the last straw for Joy. She's just so hurt, bitter and torn by so many conflicted feelings for Danny 😭

Not siblings. Childhood friends. Danny Rand's parents died in the plane crash that also stranded Danny in Kun-Lun that lead him to becoming the Iron Fist, orchestrated by Harold Meachum who is the father of Joy Meachum. Not adopted by the Meachum family, as it was assumed the entire Rand family including Danny had been killed. He was however adopted by Davos' family in Kun-Lun in the TV show version.
