Yes, he was definitely robbed and should have won. Danny was consistently brilliant and amazing to watch. I've just come back and watched all his dances, they made the hairs stand up on my neck they were so good. In the Blackpool show of 2016 he was off the scale good. I could watch him dance all day.

Wow. I love watching Danny’s and Oti’s dances. He was just too good. I think he is the best contestant that I have ever seen on any version of Dancing With the Stars. He is the standard to look up to. I don’t live in the UK so I can’t watch Strictly Come Dancing live but I love that I can watch these videos on KZbin.

And take a gander at Danny's and Oti's Argentine Tango. Frankly all their dances - save one, are among the best in the history of the show. Oti's a genius and she helped bring Danny to peak near- perfection. That Samba! That American Smooth! Their Tango! The Paso! Their Viennese Waltz! The delightful QuickStep! Even their very first dance, the Cha Cha Cha, that they and all the contestants had more time to prepare for - is iconic. Absolutely mesmerizing all-Series long.

This jive was so much better than any other on the show this series. It was an actuall jive with lots of content, lots of difficulty, fast and ... well, I'm speechless that he didn't get all 10s, but, of course, the judges have their favourites and dancing doesn't enter into the equation. Watching this Christmas Eve 2020, still loving it, way more complicated than Ori's jive - I don't recall him doing kicks and flicks while turning like Danny (and Jay) did. Such a shame "the journey" won out, but Danny & Oti will always be my winners for that year.

Normally I can't take my eyes off Oti, but Danny is so good, I have to watch him. It's a testament to Oti's brilliant teaching and choreo that he's so good to look at that you can (almost) not see her.

Jay was great. But we were comparing him to basically poor male dancers in all seasons before. His Jive was great but technically Ore's kicks were better (which is important in jive) and Ore was quicker and had more speed, which makes him stand out. Danny is by far better technically than them both. Just look at his cha-cha for example.
