Funny how we see our mistakes as we reflect back on life. I was a Baptist preachers daughter that has made many mistakes myself and saw my dad make many too. I'm always thankful if I at least learn from my mistakes instead of going around that mountain several times to learn it again and again. So glad you shared ! 👍

A big thank you for sharing. A very close friend, more like a brother than my own blood, was diagnosed 3 weeks ago with a rare blood cancer. Your timing is Heaven sent. I've been pouring over everything I can get my hands on. Sharing your story really does help us in so many ways. Blessings my friend.

I just got done posting a comment to OldAlabamaGardener, which pretty much can relate to just about everything you have said in this video. I find it poignant, to say the least, as I myself is a cancer survivor, two types diagnosed one after another. Both were threated at the same time with some difficulties due to the conflicting nature of the different types of cancers. I am so glad your sister is a missionary to the Philippines. My son, who is now a missionary to Puerto Rico, would sometimes say he wished to have been a missionary to the Philippines. As a minister to the gospel of the Lord, you can understand as my son do, that it is where the Lord send you and gave you the burden for. I really appreciate you sharing this part of you. Thank you. I will be posting this to my sons FB, if you don't mind.

Thanks for sharing Danny. Isn't life a funny thing? For the most part, everything in the present seems right. It's not until it's in the past that you find out it was a mistake. There was but one that lived without mistakes. Blessings to you & Wanda.

+Danny Fox Wow, that's a very poignant statement: everything in the present seems right. Puts a different perspective on things.

+Danny Fox That is so true. In the moment, you think you are right, but reflecting back, you can see your own mistakes easier. Thanks, friend

Thanks for sharing. I'm not fond of adversity like most folks but it does introduce us to ourselves and helps us grow as humans. God has used hard times and situations in my life to help me grow and mature. While not fun at the time I look back and see it was worth it. I appreciate the fact you have shared your difficulties with us and are not afraid to show human frailty to the world.
